Complete and Effective Jump Higher Workouts

There are practically thousand of jump higher workouts out there. If you are looking for something that is truly effective, there are certain factors that you should incorporate in your jump higher workout.

Your jump higher workout must start with a warm up. Warming up your muscles will prepare them for the strenuous work up ahead, making you less prone to injuries. Proper stretching, jogging for a minutes, and jumping rope are great ways to warm up.

You can then proceed to jumping exercises like toe raises, deep knee bends, deep knee bend jumps, toe raises with weights, and stomach crunches. These should give your body a complete workout while developing all the muscles involved in jumping.

And of course, do not forget to cool down. Cooling down can be as simple as jumping rope, jogging, and stretching your muscles properly. Doing so will allow your muscles to start to recover after working them out.
